- 1 lb ground beef, browned and grease drained (or ground chicken)
- 1 can cream mushroom soup (or use this recipe to substitute the condensed soup cream soup substitute)
- 1 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
- 1 to 2 T pureed cauliflower
- 1 to 2 T milled flaxseed
- 1 to 2 t Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
- big handful of fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 T fresh, chopped parsley
- 1 lb egg noodles, cooked according to package

Beef Stroganoff ... Little Mama Style
I will be the first to admit that this is not one of my most healthy meals. It is, however, one that can have healthy substitutes and hidden nutrition!
